First trading day November 22, 2013 showed growth of 43.4% for VINCE clothing brand. They closed at $ 28.66. An affordable luxury brand has surprised many with it’s fast growth, it’s parent company Apparel Holding Corp. (est. 1961, New York, New York), a diversified apparel company, designs, manufactures, and markets various fashion products for retailers, after giving effect to the IPO Restructuring Transactions, will be renamed Vince Holding Corp. and its assets, liabilities, and operations will consist solely of the Vince business.
Brands & distribution:
Vince (est. 2002) – affordable luxury and career wear (wholesale & direct to consumer through web-site and own stores);
Kelty, Sierra Designs, Ultimate Direction, Slumberjack, Wenzel, and Isis – recreational apparel and products (wholesale distribution to retailers, & Websites);
Rewind, My Michelle, and Jolt – collection of denim, dresses, and sportswear labels for girls and young women;
Private labels to wholesale partners;
Licenses XOXO brand name;
Sag Harbor and Briggs New York – career and casual lifestyle products (wholesale distribution).
To-date the company operated 26 stores, including 21 full-price retail stores and 5 outlet locations.
